Thanks for stopping by. I’ve been around a long time so I’ve been a salesman, writer, journalist, editor, and photographer. Since I retired, I’ve published a biography, autobiography, and five photography books. You may learn more about the books on some of the following pages. Of course, I would like for you to buy them, but you have the option of previewing them online for free.

I’ve also been involved in many civic, social, and church activities as well as a lot of traveling so I haven’t spent all my time in front of the computer. For many years I’ve been engaged in the struggle for the acceptance of LGBT folks in the community and in the church. That is the focus of my blog, The Raleigh Rant. It will keep you up-to-date on what’s happening around this controversial issue. The division in our country continues to produce hate and hurt with few prospects for resolution.
